Share Your Favorite Thanksgiving Recipes

Thanksgivingbanner_3
Let's face it: Thanksgiving is all about the food! So every day until Turkey day, we're posting our favorite family recipes (some of which are totally top-secret). But we know there's more Thanksgiving deliciousness out there—so we're asking you to get in the spirit and dish your favorite recipes. Just post your recipe in the comments on this post so they're all in the same place, and your old family dish might be someone's new fave!

Pepperjack, Stuffing & Sausage Balls
(these disappear within minutes at our house!)

1 pkg Italian flavored stuffing
1 2/3 C hot water
1/4 C butter
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, and squeezed dry
1 1/4 C shredded pepperjack cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
6 links of spicey Italian sausage, cooked and ground up in a food processor
4 eggs

Mix stuffing mix, water, and butter until well blended. Add remaining ingredients, mix lightly. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on foil-lined baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake 20 minutes (or until browned) at 400 degrees.

Our favorite sweet potato recipe is the Streuseled Sweet Potato Casserole from Cooking Light: http://find.myrecipes.com/recipes/recipefinder.dyn?action=displayRecipe&recipe_id=385230
