Check out this beautiful gingerbread house I just created (via Ohdeedoh)! I'm not really kitchen-inclined enough to make a real gingerbread house, so this virtual one totally fulfilled my craving to stick candy-colored goodies all over. Plus, no cavities and no calories. Merry Christmas!

How did you save your decorated house? It only saved the background when I "saved image as..." What am I doing wrong?

I did an image capture of my gingerbread house b/c I had the same problem. Hold down SHIFT, APPLE, 4 at the same time (no idea how to do this not on a Mac). A little cross will show up. Then use the cross to outline the image you want to capture - your gingerbread house. It will usually save to your desktop as Picture 1. Let me know if that works!

Janna, How did you save your finished image? When I try, only the house saves? Any suggestions?

Thats very cool, I may just head over and make one myself. They were all sold out here when I went to get a kit, oh well maybe next year.
