Getting a Boost: A New Idea in Booster Chairs
The old school booster seat...it needed a bit of a redesign from its rather clunky inception. Kaboost took the booster idea and put it on the floor, giving your kids a lift from the ground up. Its clever spring-loaded design snaps onto your chair in seconds, is engineered to improve chair stability, and stays attached even when the chair is moved. It folds up into a compact carrying bag, so you can show off and take it to restaurants or grandma's house.

I think it's a great idea, however, you lose the safety of having your child buckled in. I think we'll keep our booster seat around. :)

Clearly this is meant for older children who do not need to be buckled in. My son sits in a booster seat, he is 3 and has not been buckled in for over a year. Definitly will buy this. Great for those older children who think they are too big for their booster seats. Awesome idea and great price.

I picked one up at BJs Wholesale club for $27. I think it will work better later on, my daughter is 2.5 and it's a bit high for her to get on and off the chair by herself. I might keep her bucked in a booster for a while longer. But it is a neat invention.
