What Could Be Happier Than Rainbow Jello?
It might be because it's 70 degrees and gorgeously sunny here in New York, but this rainbow Jello looks so refreshing and yummy. (It also looks impressive but doesn't seem too hard to make—perfect.) Find out how to whip up your own springtime-tastic treat at Do Better.

I made a bowl of rainbow yellow and took it to my in-laws for Easter. No one ate it. No one. (Except my daughter.) But then again, they never eat anything I bring.
At one point when I scooped some out for my daughter, they were all "Oh, that's jello. What a great idea, I've never seen it in layers before."
But did they eat it? Nope.
I had a post called "Pass the rolls...but not the jello!"

I just made this for my sons preschool b-day party, after seeing it on 'Do better', and it really does come out as awesome as it looks and everyone thought it looked really hard (it was so easy)
