It's Corduroy bear's 40th anniversary, and to celebrate we're giving away 40 adorable plush bears. Plus, one grand prize winner will score a read-along Corduroy and a special edition of the book. Whether you win or not, mark your calendars for October 2: On that day, people all over the country will participate in Read for the Record events, reading Corduroy to their kids. Grab your copy of this classic book, or buy one from Jumpstart and they'll donate another book to an at-risk preschooler in time for the big day.

My kids love Corduroy! "This must be a mountain! I think I have always wanted to climb a mountain!" said everytime we go on an escalator!!
