What Goes Around, Comes Around

97620097_8634971a3a I admit it, I'm a pack-rat. And that title doubly applies to my collection of clothing. Even if I'm no longer in love with something, I always think that either I will fall in love again or I will transform it into something fabulous. With kids, it's a whole different ball game—they grow quickly, they're stain magnets, and they wear their clothes to the bone.

Instead of tossing those ripped jeans or shrunken tights into the donation pile, give them a new life! Check out our simple tricks that can give your kids clothes a second round in the closet. And also check out this clever idea from Green Kitchen that teaches you how to turn the arms of your sweater into pants for your wee one. People are just so clever!

Wow, I love this! So cute. I have a pair of pants that has a very similar shape (not this exact sleeve idea) and I have been able to use them now for 2 winters. Even though the pant is a 6 month size, it can still fit my 12 month old toddler, they're just shorter but everything else is a great fit - since the shape is loose and the ends of the pant are stretchy. Always good to get a couple years out of clothing - especially if someone is going to put in the effort to hand make them.
