He IS cute! Love the hat...and such a handsome smile. He looks older than 3.
Our 2-year-old daughter loves saying "actually..." too. It's so adorable-sounding from such a small person.

Yes, it does sound funny when they say it. And he says it with such seriousness, it's just too cute.
